book will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Should you prefer another method, please specify and be advised that rates
may be slightly different than shown below depending upon current courier and transport market prices at time of order placement.

tracking status updates on your order, please contact orders@publishinsideout.com. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship
5 business days after we receive your check. Should there be a delay in our ability to ship you an item, we will contact
you within 24 hours to allow you the option of continuing or cancelling your order.
